We founded AluYacht driven by a great passion: to build aluminum yachts for anyone who has decided to experience the sea.

The partnership with Zerbinati

What inspires me is the desire to create something durable and affordable for everyone. (Davide Zerbinati, chief engineering Zerbinati Design)

Davide Zerbinati is an expert Italian long-distance cruise yacht designer. In fact, he has shared the ambitions characterising the solitary sailor travelling around the world; an experience in the field that allowed him to understand certain solutions that only anyone who has sailed in extreme conditions can comprehend. During his travels, Zerbinati came across many sailors who made the “big change”: to always live on their boat.
At the age of 23, in Holland, he was already a project manager for a team of engineers selling aluminium yachts. One of the aspects that characterise his professional side is the ability to personally work in the boatyard, namely by assisting clients to manage and optimise every aspect of the creation of their boat. His work is based on the passion and the desire to create something new, long-lasting, and accessible to individual expectations and possibilities. Not to mention that a boat is like a living organism, which must be known and treated as it deserves. By no coincidence, Zerbinati is the author of several articles and books in the marine industry, including a manual to help everyone take care of their own boat.
